Where is bank in Outland?

Bank is in Shattrath City - there are two of them, Aldor and Scryer. Depending on your reputation you will be able to use one of those. Alliance can use Aldor at beginning, Horde can use Scryer at beginning.

Second bank is in Area 52 in Netherstorm.
