Where do i find Mana Loom?

Mana Loom is device used for tailoring some higher-level items that use Netherweave. One can be found in Lower City which is outer circle of Shattrath City. South part where various vendors are located.

There is also one located in Silvermoon City, located in Keelen's tailoring shop in the northwest corner of the Bazaar.
