Unfortunately the recipes Dr. Herbert Halsey has in stock this Alchemist can't learn. The lowest level one he has is this Elixir of Greater Defense but it requires she has a alchemist skill level of 195 before learning it. She doesn't. Once her level has increased she can return to him and learn the recipe.
