The Exodar
From WoW: IncGamers World of Warcraft Wiki
The Exodar is the capital city of the Draenei race. It's a piece of the largest husk of the their dimensional travel ship. The city has a theme of violet-pink energy channelings and crystals and has a very bright and science-fictional feel about it.
The city has been designed to contain many players, as it is planned that The Exodar will be the hot-spot of the Alliance, replacing Ironforge. To accomodate that, two auction houses and two banks have been put at different places in the city to relieve lag.
At the centre of the Exodar, there is a section called the Seat of The Naaru, which holds holographic images of the Burning Legion's most fearsome warriors and demons, to remind them of their duty to fight the Burning Legion and it serves as databank (see later note).
Exodar Faction
Faction of Draenei. If you are a Draenei, you will start off with a very high reputation with them, alliance with a slightly lower reputation.
Other information
Annotated map shows location of all NPC groups (trainers, vendors) as well as Bank, Inn, Auction House. There are two exits - main one leading to flight master, secondary one leading close to ship location. Flying is available only between Exodar and Bloodmyst Isle. If you need to get to continent use ship - goes to Auberdine (Darkshore)
Arena Battle Master was recently moved from Flight Master location to Inn inside Exodar. We can expect more changes i am afraid.
Other notable NPC in the area is Seer Skaltesh, close to Enchanting shack. If the player talks with him, he/she is given Elemetal Sapta, which can be consumed and gives Elemental Vision (through [Elemental Sapta]) to a player for one minute. While under this spell, it is revealed that there are, in fact, numerous elementals present in The Crystal Hall.
The Vault is notable for its central area, that looks like a set of purple holograms of various mobs. However, it is in fact a museum or tactical information data bank of several Burning Legion units. Noticeable is the draenei NPC tour group that strides from one hologram to another, and as those approach various hologram emitters, emitters "say" different facts about the particular unit, namely the name, the species, its affiliation and its function.
There is also an Alliance Cloth Quartermaster (close to Tailoring trainers) who has the Exodar repeatable Runecloth quest used by non-draenei Alliance players to obtain the right to ride the new draenei mounts.
