Where are those Blade Throwers i have to destroy?

For Alliance they are north of Path of Glory (just north of Honor Hold and it's on Thrallmar side). Three groups of them, so obviously the middle one group is to be ignored. If you want to burn blade thrower (very big machine throwing really big circular blades) you have to stand almost inside of it. And it must be the right one - if I remember correctly it was the one on the outer edge.
