RRQ [More Warbeads] (Warden Lolol in Telaar) gives 500rep for 10x[Obsidian Warbead].

Killing Ogres in Nagrand gives reputation per kill (10rep still when Honored/Revered) and dozens of quests available in Telaar gives loads of reputation.

Trader Narasu (Kurenai Quartermaster) sells reputation based rewards:

• Pattern: Netherfury Belt (T340, Friendly)
• Pattern: Netherfury Leggins (T340, Honored)
• Pattern: Reinforced Mining Bag (LW325, Honored)
• Pattern: Netherfury Boots (T350, Revered)
• Recipe: Transmute Primal Fire to Earth (A350, Revered)
• Kurenai Kilt (Leather Legs, Revered)
• Band of Elemental Spirits (Finger, Revered)
• Far Seer's Helm (Mail Head, Exalted)
• Arechron's Gift (Mace, Exalted)
• Cloak of the Ancient Spirts (Back, Exalted)

And of course most famous epic Riding Talbuk mounts - exalted required.
