How do i get into Shattrath City

The best is this - from Honor Hold/Thrallmar head west, before the zone ends you will see (north) Temple of Telhamat (if you are Ally) or bit sooner you will see Falcom Watch on south (if you are Horde). Pickup a flypath there. Then continue west from Hellfire Peninsula zone to Zangarmarsh - just run through passage with mobs.

In Zangarmarsh you will see Cenarion Refuge camp, continue on path North, on first crosspoint turn west, soon you will see a platform with lift. Take it up to Telredor (if you are Ally) and pickup flypath there. If you are Horde continue further west on path, along Twin Spire Ruins, until yopu reach Zabra'jin, take flypath there. Then go back to Cenarion refuge and take path south. It's safe, just continue south - you will end in Shattrath city.

Pick up a flypoint there. Make yourself home in Inn (Scryers or Aldors platform). Then get out of the city via East bridge and continue east - use path, it's sort of safe (just run) until you see Tuurem. Go around it, it's hostile - you will continue south on path just south of Tuurem. If you are horde, go Stonebreaker Hold (its south below Tuurem) and take flypath there. If you are Ally, continue on path South-East to Allerian Strongold and take flypath there.

Now you will be able to fly between those three zones.
