Effect: Reduces your target's resistance to all your spells and reduces the threat caused by your Arcane spells by a %.

Talent: Arcane Instability
Effect: Increases your spell damage and critical strike chance by a %.

Talent: Arcane Power Talent
Effect: When activated, your spells deal 30% more damage while costing 30% more mana to cast. This effect lasts 15 sec.

Effect: Increases critical strike damage bonus of all spells by a %.

Talent: Mind Mastery

Talent: Playing With Fire
Effect: Increases all spell damage caused by a % and all spell damage taken by a %.

Frost Tree

Talent: Improved Frostbolt
Effect: Reduces the casting time of your Frostbolt spell.
Statistics: Rank 1 = -0.1 sec, Rank 2 = -0.2 sec, Rank 3 = -0.3 sec, Rank 4 = -0.4 sec, Rank 5 = -0.5 sec.

Talent: Arctic Reach
Effect: Increases the range of your Frostbolt and Blizzard spells and the radius of your Frost Nova and Cone of Cold spells by a %.
Statistics: Rank 1 = 10%, Rank 2 = 20%.

Talent: Empowered Frostbolt
Effect: Your Frostbolt spell gains an additional % of your bonus spell damage effects and an additional % chance to critically strike.
Statistics: Rank 1 = 2% spell damage and 1% crit chance, Rank 2 = 4% spell damage and 2% crit chance, Rank 3 = 6% spell damage and 3% crit chance, Rank 4 = 8% spell damage and 4% crit chance, Rank 5 = 10% spell damage and 5% crit chance.

Effect: Reduces the mana cost and chance targets resist your Frost and Fire spells by a %.

Talent: Arctic Winds
Effect: Increases all Frost damage you cause by a % and reduces the chance melee and ranged attacks will hit you by a %.
