Talent: Arcane Subtlety
Effect: Reduces your target's resistance to all your spells and reduces the threat caused by your Arcane spells by a %.
Statistics: Rank 1 = -5 target's resistance, -20% threat, Rank 2 = -10 target's resistance, -40% threat.

Talent: Arcane Instability
Effect: Increases your spell damage and critical strike chance by a %.
Statistics: Rank 1 = 1%, Rank 2 = 2%, Rank 3 = 3%.

Talent: Arcane Power Talent
Effect: When activated, your spells deal 30% more damage while costing 30% more mana to cast. This effect lasts 15 sec.

Effect: Increases critical strike damage bonus of all spells by a %.

Talent: Mind Mastery
Effect: Increases spell damage by up to a % of your total Intellect.

Frost Tree

Talent: Improved Frost Nova
Effect: Reduces the cooldown of your Frost Nova spell.
Statistics: Rank 1 = -2 sec, Rank 2 = -4 sec.

Talent: Arctic Reach
Effect: Increases the range of your Frostbolt and Blizzard spells and the radius of your Frost Nova and Cone of Cold spells by a %.
Statistics: Rank 1 = 10%, Rank 2 = 20%.

Talent: Elemental Precision Mage
Effect: Reduces the mana cost and chance targets resist your Frost and Fire spells by a %.

Effect: Increases the critical strike damage bonus of your Frost spells by a %.

Effect: When activated, this spell finishes the cooldown on all Frost spells you recently cast.

Effect: Reduces the mana cost of your Frost spells by a % and reduces the threat caused by your Frost spells by a %.
Statistics: Rank 1 = -5% mana and -4% threat, Rank 2 = -10% mana and -7% threat, Rank 3 = -15% mana and -10% threat.

Talent: Winter's Chill
Effect: Gives your Frost damage spells a a % chance to apply the Winter's Chill effect, which increases the chance a Frost spell will critically hit the target by 2% for 15 sec. Stacks up to 5 times.
Statistics: Rank 1 = 20%, Rank 2 = 40%, Rank 3 = 60%, Rank 4 = 80%, Rank 5 = 100%.

Talent: Arctic Winds
Effect: Increases all Frost damage you cause by a % and reduces the chance melee and ranged attacks will hit you by a %.
Statistics: Rank 1 = 1%, Rank 2 = 2%, Rank 3 = 3%, Rank 4 = 4%, Rank 5 = 5%.
