Effect: Increases your spell damage by a % and the critical strike chance of your offensive spells by a %.
Statistics: Rank 1 = +1% spell damage and critical strike chance, Rank 2 = +2% spell damage and critical strike chance, Rank 3 = +3% spell damage and critical strike chance, Rank 4 = +4% spell damage and critical strike chance, Rank 5 = +5% spell damage and critical strike chance.
Talent: Silent Resolve
Effect: Reduces the threat generated by your Holy and Discipline spells by a % and reduces the chance your spells will be dispelled by a %.
Statistics: Rank 1 = -4% threat & -4% dispell. Rank 2 = 8% threat& -8% dispell. Rank 3 = 12% threat & -12% dispell.
