- Require a Soul Shard to conjure.
- Is on a separate cooldown to healing potions so can be used at the same time.
- Can be traded to other players.
- Can be improved with the Talent Improved Healthstone by 10% with 1 point or by 20% with 2 points added.
- Can carry up to 3 different types of Healthstone. 1 with no points in Improved Healthstone, 1 with 1 point in it and 1 with 2 points in it.
- As a conjured item they will disappear if your character logs out or is disconnected for 15 minutes or more.
