Arcane Tree

Talent: Arcane Subtlety
Effect: Reduces your target's resistance to all your spells and reduces the threat caused by your Arcane spells by a %.
Statistics: Rank 1 = -5 target's resistance, -20% threat, Rank 2 = -10 target's resistance, -40% threat.

Talent: Arcane Focus
Effect: Reduces the chance that the opponent can resist your Arcane spells by a %.
Statistics: Rank 1 = 2%, Rank 2 = 4%, Rank 3 = 6%, Rank 4 = 8%, Rank 5 = 10%.

Talent: Improved Counterspell
Effect: Gives your Counterspell a % chance to silence the target for 4 sec.
Statistics: Rank 1 = 50% Rank 2 = 100%.

Threat Level

This skill causes a high amount of Threat.
