Cho'gall

Cho'gall was one of the fiercest and most respected leaders of the Horde, even before passing through the Dark Portal and into Azeroth. He was the first of the Ogre-Magi, having taught himself the secrets of the Twisting Nether and receiving instruction from the Warlock Gul'dan, as well as an Initiate of the fifth circle of the Shadow Council.

Cho'gall was the chieftain of the nihilistic Twilight's Hammer Clan, those orcs that believed that the Horde was the harbinger of apocalyptic doom.

Cho'gall, along with Kilrogg Deadeye, chieftain of the Bleeding Hollow Clan, led the Horde prior to the rise of Blackhand the Destroyer. It was they who were responsible for the initial invasion, as well as the initial defeat at Stormwind Keep.

Cho'gall defected with Gul'dan, and joined him on his quest for the Tomb of Sargeras. Cho'gall was purportedly slain by the forces of the War Chief Orgrim Doomhammer.
