Arcane Tree

Talent: Arcane Subtlety
Effect: Reduces your target's resistance to all your spells and reduces the threat caused by your Arcane spells by a %.
Statistics: Rank 1 = -5 target's resistance, -20% threat, Rank 2 = -10 target's resistance, -40% threat.

Talent: Arcane Instability
Effect: Increases your spell damage and critical strike chance by a %.
Statistics: Rank 1 = 1%, Rank 2 = 2%, Rank 3 = 3%.

Talent: Arcane Power Talent
Effect: When activated, your spells deal 30% more damage while costing 30% more mana to cast. This effect lasts 15 sec.

Effect: Increases critical strike damage bonus of all spells by a %.
Statistics: Rank 1 = 25%, Rank 2 = 50%.

Talent: Mind Mastery
Effect: Increases spell damage by up to a % of your total Intellect.

Talent: Arcane Meditation
Effect: Allows a % of your Mana regeneration to continue while casting.
Statistics: Rank 1 = 5%, Rank 2 = 10%, Rank 3 = 15%.

Talent: Presence of Mind Talent
Effect: When activated, your next Mage spell with a casting time less than 10 sec becomes an instant cast spell.

Effect: Increases the critical strike chance of your Arcane Explosion and Arcane Blast spells by an additional a %.
